Over the last few days I've found it increasingly difficult to refresh/reload pages and generally navigate the forums. The whole site seems very slow to the point of not actually loading. Is it me or are others having the same problems?

Unfortunately for me the situation seems to be getting worse. I keep getting this message:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

hmmm, it's definatley slowing down for me now. taking ana age to load/open pages.......it's not hapeening anywhere else though, just afe.net.
